The company was started because they believed there was a need for a small company philosophy based on service and quality, while utilizing the latest in technology for dispatch, delivery and reclamation of raw materials including water reuse.

Why the name Four Winds Concrete Inc. in Bethlehem, PA, ? The Casilio's have four sons, and like many families they are unique individuals. North, South, East, and West; like the four winds. Sherri and Frank represent the third generation in the ready-mix Industry and their sons are the fourth generation.
